Kasumi - Premium Ceremoniële Matcha 30 gram

As pure tea (Usucha): Sift 2g (approx. 2 chashaku scoops or ½ tsp) into a pre-warmed bowl. Add 70ml of water at 70–80°C. Whisk briskly with a chasen in a W-motion until a smooth, frothy layer forms.

As a latte: Whisk 2g with 30ml of hot water (70–80°C) to create a concentrated shot. Top with 150–200ml of steamed milk or plant-based alternative. Kasumi's creamy body and nutty undertones pair exceptionally well with oat milk.
